1 week after surgery which included removal of broken tooth, immediate implant placement, bone graft and connective tissue graft for an aesthetic outcome

with the help of provisional crown um contours were very well preserved. Meanwhile bone heals around the implant that is called osseointeration.

With all tissues preserved the dental lab fabricates a natural looking restoration.
