Case Spotlight: Single Front Tooth Replacement with Same-Day Implant Crown

A broken and non-restorable upper front tooth (with an existing zirconia crown) was carefully removed in an atraumatic manner to preserve the surrounding bone and gum tissue.

To maintain the natural contours of the smile and avoid tissue collapse, we placed a dental implant immediately after extraction, followed by bone grafting and a connective tissue graft to support the long-term esthetic outcome.

The patient’s original zirconia crown was skillfully adapted and transformed into a temporary implant crown — delivered on the same day as surgery.

Key to success? Tissue preservation and careful planning to ensure long-term natural appearance in the esthetic zone.
